ANO "Agency for Strategic Initiatives to Promote New Projects" has launched a digital platform for regional sustainable development practices "Smarteca" since December 2019.
Smarteca focuses on improving living conditions in the regions of Russia, unites leaders of change and collects effective practices
in a convenient format, representing a single platform for the search
and exchange of practices that contribute to the implementation of national goals
and improve the quality of life.
Successful practices of socio-economic development of the subjects of the Russian Federation are placed on this platform
by 10 categories:
• Healthcare
• Ecology
• Tourism
• Social support
• Development of entrepreneurship
• Comfortable environment
• Education
• Culture
• Employment
• Regional and municipal administration
Any user can offer their practice by filling out the practice passport on the website https://smarteka.com . Experts conduct a meaningful assessment of the practice and, if necessary, help
to finalize it. Then the practice will be considered by the commission, which confirms the real existence of the practice, after which it is published on the Smarteca platform in open access.
Users will be able to participate in the replication of practices.
As part of the implementation of the practice on the platform, the opportunity to communicate with its author and experts is provided. The results achieved are noted
on the platform and affect the rating of users and practices.
